How M3 L-Platinum works:

1- Use a manual file (K File), suitable size to check and create the length of the work.

2- Select a suitable platinum file and use the same file to reach the working length. If there is not enough space inside the canal, it would be difficult to reach the working length, use orifice shaper and path file.

3- At the same time as filing, after a 3-4 mm advance, the file should be removed and irrigation should be done in large quantities and regularly.

 Considerations:

1- If a resistance is felt while inserting the file deeper, brushing while removing the file is recommended.

 2- Then in every penetration of 3-4 mm of the file, remove the file and wash it abundantly and recapitulate.

 3- M3-L Platinum is a single file system, it is recommended to prepare the channel with path file 19 for more safety.
